February 18, 2010 – Busy at Buoyancy World
Buoyancy World - Artificial Reef
Our buoyancy world crew after a successful outing

Buoyancy World has been the talk of the town over the last week with many of the structures at our newest artificial reef settling nicely. There is still plenty of work to be done and on February 18, 17 willing volunteers from Crystal Dive & Eco Koh Tao took to the waters off Koh Nangyuan lift bags in hand ready for action.

The main task of the day was to move most of the remaining pieces of our bamboo forest into place. It was a big task and the conditions didn’t help as the current pushed against us all day. But by days end we had made some seriously solid inroads into the re-arrangement and the site is looking almost as it was intended.

Hopefully one more big day out and the site will be fully arranged and serving its purpose to reduce some of the enormous pressure of large numbers of divers at Twins.

Thanks for all you help everyone!!
